Trainee Shop Manager

Overview

Trainee Shop Manager opportunity at Farmfoods in Feltham. Permanent full-time position (45 hours per week) with shifts across 5 days from 7.

Hours:

45 hours across 5 days per week. Pay: £31,392 - £33,948 per annum. Benefits include 6 weeks holiday, 15% staff discount, staff benefits package, and more.

• Be fully accountable for your shop and ensure customers are looked after and shop routines are completed to maintain a safe, clean and tidy shop.
• Motivate and guide your team to be as successful and efficient as possible.
• Lead by example and participate in day-to-day tasks involved in running a busy shop.
• Control key costs including payroll, shrinkage and waste.
• Meet standards in customer service, cash handling, health & safety, stock management, merchandising and presentation.
• Take responsibility for recruitment, training and development of your team.

• Starting salary of £31,392.52, with a potential increase to £33,948.94 after 6 months, depending on progress and achievement of KPIs.
