Established Buyer - Temporary

A leading international fashion and lifestyle brand is seeking an experienced established buyer / senior buyer to join their team on an interim basis. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a key product area within a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment, working with a brand known for its strong product identity, global presence, and customer-focused approach.

As an established buyer / senior buyer, you will be responsible for driving the commercial performance of your category, leading the end-to-end buying process from strategy through to execution. Working closely with design, merchandising, and supply chain teams, you will ensure the range delivers on both brand vision and commercial objectives.

• Develop and deliver the seasonal buying strategy for your category in line with business objectives.
• Build balanced, commercially strong ranges that reflect customer demand and market trends.
• Analyse sales, margin, and stock performance to identify opportunities and inform future decisions.
• Lead supplier negotiations to achieve target margins, costs, and delivery schedules.
• Collaborate with merchandising and planning teams to manage OTB, stock flow, and range performance.
• Work cross-functionally with design, technical, and supply chain teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to ensure the range remains relevant and competitive.
• Support and mentor junior team members where required.

• Proven experience as an established buyer or senior buyer within fashion, lifestyle, or retail.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering profitable ranges.
• Highly analytical with excellent Excel and data interpretation skills.
• Confident negotiating with suppliers and managing key stakeholder relationships.
• Strong understanding of the full product development and buying cycle.
• Proactive, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• Temporary contract via agency payroll (paid weekly).
