This exciting role offers the chance to drive growth across both physical stores and online channels, working with data, strategy, and innovation to deliver a competitive and customer‑focused experience. You’ll collaborate with suppliers and internal teams, contribute to product development, and help optimise performance to ensure our gift cards remain a key driver of profitability and customer satisfaction
To stay close to customers, our support teams are in the office at least three days a week as we believe that skills are developed through collaboration, and that spending time together makes us more creative and connected.

This role is all about being the engine behind a fast-moving gift card business — you’ll help shape smart trading strategies, dig into sales data to spot trends and growth opportunities, and turn insights into action that boosts performance across stores and online.
You’ll collaborate closely with suppliers and teams like Retail, Online, and Marketing to bring new products to life, keep stock flowing, and set store teams up to win with the right tools and training.
- Support strategy execution:
Assist in developing and implementing trading strategies to drive growth across stores and online, using consumer and competitor insights. - Analyse performance:
Track gift card sales, prepare reports, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve profitability. - Manage relationships:
Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams (Retail, Online, Marketing) to ensure programme success. - Forecast & budget:
Contribute to forecasting and budgeting processes, ensuring targets align with actual performance. - Drive product development:
Analyse data to find opportunities for new products or improvements and support creation of development briefs. - Ensure stock & enable sales:
Work with operations to maintain stock availability and support store teams with tools, training, and mentorship.
