, LAKRIDS BY BÜLOW has its own stores in Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Norway, Germany, the United Kingdom, and the United Arab Emirates, as well as retail partners in more than 40 markets.

We're opening a new concession at Selfridges and we're looking for a full‑time Sales Assistant to be part of the team from day one. You'll work a standard retail schedule across a mix of weekdays and weekends, with shifts that fit within the concession's trading hours of 10:00am to 10:00pm — no one is working 12‑hour days.

• Welcoming customers and making sure their experience is worth remembering
• Running tasting sessions — this is the heart of how we sell and the fastest way to turn a sceptic into a fan
• Making gifting recommendations based on budget and occasion
• Growing our customer community through our Lakrids Lovers loyalty programme
• Keeping the concession looking exceptional in line with visual merchandising standards
• Working closely with the Store Manager and the wider team
• Operating in line with both LBB brand standards and Selfridges' own requirements

14£/hour

• Confidence with people. You're comfortable approaching customers, not just waiting to be approached
• Previous retail or customer‑facing experience (helpful, not essential)
• Availability across a mix of weekdays and weekends within concession trading hours
• Good organisational skills and an eye for detail
• A team‑first mindset
• A genuine interest in food, flavour, or premium products is a real plus
