We are looking for a Senior Retail Sales Associate to join our team at MUJI in the UK. This role is crucial in delivering exceptional customer service and enhancing the shopping experience for our customers. As a Senior Retail Sales Associate, you will play a key role in representing our brand values and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with their needs and inquiries.
• Maintain knowledge of product features and benefits to effectively communicate with customers.
• Support store operations by managing inventory and ensuring product displays are well-organized.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior sales associates to enhance team performance.
