About the role

At Charles Tyrwhitt, our purpose is to “Make it easy for men to dress well”. In this role you will support Anita from our 3rd Party Wholesale team and drive the International and third‑party strategy.

Key responsibilities
  • Drive and implement the International and third‑party strategy, achieving sales and profit budgets.
  • Lead business development and manage partner relations, including contract negotiation, debt management and reconciliations.
  • Monitor inventory levels, track partner income and review OTB plans with partners and internal teams.
  • Coordinate shipping documents, financial invoices and sample management.
  • Support merchandising to minimise lost sales or partner cancellations and ensure delivery of the annual budget.
  • Analyse sales reports, partner performance data and provide insights to improve department performance.
  • Maintain product details, prices and partner access on the Nu‑Order platform.
  • Engage with internal teams (Creative, Marketing, e‑Commerce, VM, Distribution Centre) to align brand strategies.
  • Coach new starters and colleagues and maintain ongoing partner relationships.
Required experience
  • Previous account‑management/business‑development role in fashion or lifestyle industry.
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to drive profit.
  • Good analytical skills and experience using data to influence partners.
  • Experience with retail operations and supply‑chain/logistics.
  • Pro‑active, resilient and able to work cross‑functionally.
  • Strong interpersonal, organisational and communication skills.
Essential skills and competencies
  • Microsoft Office expertise (especially Excel).
  • Ability to produce accurate reports and conduct sales analyses.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Logical problem‑solving and influence techniques.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and self‑motivation.
