You will support the delivery of stock and inventory operations across multiple retail accounts. This is a data-led, systems-driven role focused on planning, accuracy and continuous improvement.

• Stock planning & coordination
• Inventory management & reconciliation
• SKU setup, range files & product data management
• New store stock setup & launch support
• Systems management & stock trackers
• Reporting & analysis
• Cross-functional coordination with Planning, Supply Chain, Finance & Retail Ops
• Process improvement & control

You will work closely with the Senior Stock Operations Manager and act as a key link between stores, central teams and clients to ensure product is delivered, tracked, reconciled and reported accurately at all times.

• Retail sector experience – store, head office, merchandising, supply chain or stock control
• Strong with numbers, data and spreadsheets
• Comfortable working with systems and learning new platforms quickly
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Process driven and naturally structured in how they work
• Able to manage multiple priorities across different accounts
• Commercially aware – understands how stock accuracy impacts margin and sales
• Calm under pressure and able to work at pace
