The Role
As a Sales Associate at Victoria’s Secret you’ll work in an exciting, engaging, fast‑paced environment, surrounded by a friendly and supportive team all connected through their passion for delivering the very best customer experience.
No two days are ever the same, which is part of the fun. Your responsibilities include:
- Customer Service – deliver an exceptional customer experience, from helping customers find the perfect product to completing purchases at the till.
- Brand Bra Experience – provide expert fitting advice, helping customers find the right size and styles.
- Visual Merchandising – own the merchandising and presentation of products, ensuring customers can easily find what they need.
- Store Standards – maintain front‑ and back‑of‑house standards, manage deliveries, stock replenishment, loss prevention, and adhere to health & safety procedures.
- Passion for retail – you love all things retail and aim to create a unique experience for every customer.
- Love the customer – you are keen to learn and develop your customer service skills and product knowledge.
- Relationships that count – you want to develop valued relationships with your team and customers.
- Team Player – you are flexible, supportive, and contribute to a positive working environment for all team members.
