Train, motivate, and develop the retail team to ensure high performance. Deliver an outstanding luxury retail experience by leading by example on the shop floor. Manage daily store operations, including stock control, store merchandising, and team performance. Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers. Assist in monitoring key performance indicators and reporting to senior management.
