Job Description

A Dermalogica Business Account Manager is the true heart of our business. Working on the shop floor with your team, you will champion our mission to empower and educate customers, drive new business opportunities, and inspire the team to think outside the box.

Job Requirements
  • Equipped with an equivalent Level 3 in Beauty Therapy with Facial Electricals. This is essential to ensure consistency in therapist standards.
  • Level 4 Beauty Therapy qualification that includes Microneedling and Chemical Peels. If you do not hold this qualification, Dermalogica will fund training worth £3,200.
  • At least 2‑year management experience, ideally within a retail environment.
  • An outgoing, creative thinker who can create theatre at the counter to inspire and draw customers.
  • A passion for skin health like no other brand has ever seen, using this passion to inspire others.
Job Responsibilities
  • Guide each customer through a journey, advising, listening, and connecting at every touchpoint to wow them with personalised experiences.
  • Set up every service as a skincare programme comprising treatment and homecare to achieve goals; share treatment plans, educate, and link recommended homecare.
  • Drive retail growth month on month by motivating the team, thinking outside the box with new inspiring event ideas, and exceeding all location targets and KPIs.
  • Lead in‑store events with on‑counter activity and masterclasses, ensuring all events are fully booked.
  • Role model by performing all services to the highest standard and assist the District Sales & Education Manager and Retail Training Manager with on‑counter training relating to new innovations.
  • Work independently as a one‑person counter.
  • Adhere to grooming standards so you live and breathe Dermalogica every day.
