Demand Planner

We are looking for someone to be an important part in managing inventory and ensuring that inventory level and replenishment align with forecasts and budgets.

This is for an international and growing lifestyle brand collective that is focusing on growth across EMEA. A role with lots of future potential!

Requirements:

• Good experience in Demand/Replenishment/Inventory planning
• Experience with Apparel retailers
• Experience managing marketplace accounts - MUST
• Experience planning for multiple brands/segments
• Demonstrated experience in retail data analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor weeks of supply and inventory turnover across all replenishment categories for each brand and produce weekly availability reports
• Prepare replenishment production orders for approval, ensuring alignment with OTB volume and timing requirements.
• Oversee the replenishment planning process for all accounts and develop weekly ladder plans at the account/brand/category/style level
• Analyse account performance to recommend optimal models and inventory levels, maximise replenishment SKU productivity, and identify new business opportunities
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations to develop accurate monthly sales and margin forecasts
• Produce variance analyses versus Latest Estimate, Budget, and Prior Year to deepen business performance insights.
