The Merchandising Team Here At THE NET‑A‑PORTER GROUP LTD Are Now Seeking a Talented Junior Merchandiser To Join The Team. You Will Be Tasked With Supporting The Team In All Aspects Of The Merchandising Process To Plan, Forecast And Trade a Department, Which Ties In With The MR PORTER Strategic Direction, Maximizing The Profit Opportunities For The Company.

Location: Our Westfield office in London

Department Size: 4 (Approx.)

Reporting into: Merchandising Manager

• Work with the Buying team to establish a balanced range of merchandise suited to the customer profile of the company. Working together to make recommendations for changes and improvements to maximise sales potential and profit within the company
• Manage WSSIs and create seasonal weekly forecasts which are in line with business KPIs
• Produce seasonal analysis that can be used to make strategic decisions within the Merchandising & Buying teams and throughout the business
• Monitor sell‑through and deliveries of all vendors and making decisions based on performance of brands and products
• Ensure the department’s sales, profit, spend and closing stocks are accurately reported
• Reinforce the company message to the team and reinforce the need to drive profitability at MR PORTER through the merchandise mix and full price sell through
• Provide coaching to ensure that direct reports can meet and exceed the requirements of their role
