• Reporting to the Boutique Manager and part of a team of 7
• Be the driving force behind boutique sales
  , delivering a five-star styling experience to HNW & UHNW clients.
• Grow your client book through networking, events, and exceptional clientelling.
• Close sales confidently and exceed targets with a proactive, entrepreneurial approach.
• Bring the brand to life through stunning visual merchandising and in-store presentation.
• Maintain accurate client records and follow-ups via the CRM system to build lasting relationships.
• Collaborate with your boutique team to create a seamless, luxury experience every time.

• 5+ years in luxury fashion as a Senior Boutique Stylist or Senior Sales Consultant.
• Essential your sales & styling experience must come from a luxury fashion boutique
• A proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets

• Your own HNW client book and the drive to keep growing it.
• A passion for fashion

• A confident, articulate communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, target-focused environment.
• Flexible, approachable, and a natural team player.

• 2–3% commission on sales + monthly performance bonus
