Operations Assistant £28,000 - £32,000 | Luxury Accessories | Perm | West-End, London (Office-Based, 5 Days)

The Role

The Operations Assistant will support the onboarding, authentication and handling of high-value luxury pieces. This is a detail-driven position where precision is everything. You must be able to identify the smallest imperfection, whether that is a speck of dust, a faint scratch or a structural flaw. The standard is exacting.

  • Initiating and managing the onboarding process for new items
  • Conducting meticulous condition checks
  • Uploading detailed product information to Google Sheets
  • Photographing and examining items in the lightbox
  • Preparing and carefully packaging high-value pieces
  • Managing and organising the stock room

This is a fast-paced environment that requires someone who can multitask, prioritise effectively and maintain exceptional accuracy under pressure.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who understands luxury at the highest level. You may have experience within luxury e-commerce, a high-end fashion house stockroom or an auction house environment such as Christie’s, Bonhams or Sotheby’s.
