JIAYING WANG – Creative Director As one of the most recognisable fashion personalities from China, graduated from Central Saint Martins., Jiaying brings broad experience, combined with notable achievement within the fashion industry, as a designer, fashion model and international educator.

We are looking for candidates who are passionate about fashion and digital mediaand eager to gain practical experience inretail operations, e-commerce, and content creation.

• Retail store operations and support daily in-store workflows.
• Contribute to enhancing customer experience, including in-store service and online engagement.
• Support visual merchandising and product presentation, ensuring the store and online platforms are visually appealing.
• Help create digital content for social media platforms and online stores.
• Assist in digital marketing campaigns to drive sales and engagement.
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm ideas and implement marketing initiatives.

• Studies or interest in Fashion Marketing， Media Communication， Merchandising，Fashion /Jewellery Design
• Familiarity with social media platforms, especially Instagram.
• Interest or experience in retail operations or e-commerce is a plus.
• Strong fashion sense and attention to visual detail.
• Languages:
  
  English, additional languages such as Arabic or Chinese are advantageous.
• Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work well in a team.

• Practical experience in store retail operations and customer experience management.
• Training in visual merchandising, digital marketing, and content creation.
• Development of teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
