Responsibilities
  • Leading, developing and motivating a small team within the showroom.
  • Dealing with customers in the showroom on a face‑to‑face basis, as well as via phone and email.
  • Understanding customers’ needs and wants for their bathrooms.
  • Suggesting products, styles, and colours to suit the customers.
  • Completing designs and quotes for customers.
  • Building relationships with trade customers to guarantee future sales.
  • Seeing all processes through from start to finish and dealing with any after‑sales issues that may arise.
Role Details

This is a full‑time permanent role, 37.5 hours per week, Monday‑Saturday 09:00‑17:30 with a day off in lieu.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Previous bathroom showroom knowledge would be great but not necessary as training will be provided.
  • Previous experience leading a team.
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering results and providing great customer satisfaction.
  • Creative ability to plan/design bathrooms.
  • Ability to discuss a customer’s ideas, describe products, identify opportunities for extra sales and match products to the customer needs.
