As a Digital Trade/Ecommerce assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day management of the website. This will include site merchandising, product lifecycle & reporting. Reporting into the Senior Ecommerce Manager, you will support in enhancing the customer experience & executing campaigns.

Ensuring website standards are maintained to maximise customer satisfaction.

Product enrichment, full lifecycle management working closely with merchandising.

Onsite merchandising & website optimisation.

Supporting with collection & campaign launches.

Product pricing updates.

Supporting the Senior Ecommerce Manager with trade reporting analysis.

Supporting on website Content updates.

Skills:

Organisational & coordination skills.

Strong excel experience.

Self-motivated & proactive approach.

Competent using systems and comfortable working in a technology-based environment.

Keen eye for detail with the ability to troubleshoot and identify issues.

Analytical skills (GA4 experience – Not essential).
