PositionProvide an efficient, courteous and personable service to all our customers or visitors to the Club during match days. Selling tickets, membership and retail products using both manual and computerised systems. Work at a leading international cricket venue. Match‑day casual work with a great team atmosphere.
What you’ll do Ticketing- Sell tickets to the public on match days using our Ticketing system (Secutix), with the ability to up‑sell when necessary
- Provide excellent customer service to all spectators
- Manage all Ticketing and Membership queries
- Efficiently manage other products such as Tour and Restaurant bookings,
- Deal with general email enquiries and forward them to the appropriate channel
- Manage fulfilment of tickets and membership products
- Administer other duties and responsibilities of a similar nature to those described above, which may be assigned occasionally.
- Provide excellent customer service to supporters and visitors
- Sell official Surrey CCC, ECB and MI London merchandise and process EPOS transactions
- Maintain high standards of store presentation and stock levels
- Support opening, closing, and general match‑day retail operations
- Represent the club professionally at all times
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Friendly, reliable, and customer-focused
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
- Flexible to work weekends and match days
- Retail or EPOS experience desirable but not essential
