About The Role

Le Labo are looking to recruit talented Sales Advisors - Fragrance Specialist to join their team  will provide a welcoming, authentic and personalised service to the customers in order to achieve customer service and sales targets. If you are an ambitious self-starter looking for a progressive career within the Retail Beauty Industry, then this could be the perfect role for you.

If you have experience which you want to build upon, as one of their Sales Advisors, you will combine your passion for people, products and service to ensure that each customer has a unique and inspirational in-store experience which educates, inspires and delights them.

• Building collaborative working relationships
• Demonstrating excellent product knowledge
• Providing best-in-class customer service
• Maintain merchandise and display counters

The ideal candidate will have previous retail or guest services experience (preferably within beauty). In addition you will have the following skills:

• A passion and energy to provide inspirational, authentic and personalised customer service
• Approachable, friendly with a ‘can-do’ attitude
• Confidence in speaking to customers, get to know them and understand their needs
• Flexible availability across days/hours
• Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is desirable
