Luxury Skincare Advisor Overview

Delivers a customer-first experience exceeding customer expectations and provides expert advice with particular focus on our luxury skincare brands. - Brand and Store Standards:
Delivers our brand vision and creates a visually inspiring and inviting store environment while ensuring a fully compliant store adhering to all company processes and policies. - Team

Works as one team to ensure a customer-first experience is delivered consistently and collaborates to share up-to-date luxury skincare knowledge. - Customer Engagement:
Builds, grows and connects with a loyal customer base specifically for our luxury skincare brands. - Service Excellence:
Goes above and beyond in delivering an exceptional level of service for the luxury skincare shopper.
- Exceeds sales targets and delivers like-for-like growth, ATV, AUS and conversion with a focus on luxury skincare brands.
- Drives growth of luxury skincare brands through sales and ATV.
- Exceeds the company acquisition target for N.dulge.
- Follows all stock handling policies to ensure stock accuracy and minimise stock loss.
- Communicates clearly and concisely with the store team and confidently with external business partners and store visitors.
- Fully embraces the team effort and demonstrates the ‘We Are One Team’ value.
- Is open and supportive of other ideas and opinions, creating an inclusive, welcoming and approachable store environment.
- Maintains up-to-date product knowledge on luxury skincare and shares this knowledge by scheduling training sessions for all team members.
- Understands and adheres to all Company loss prevention practices.
- Specific interest and passion for luxury skincare.
- Passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Confident in one-to-one skincare consultations.
- Ability to deliver a customer-first experience and understand store targets and KPIs.
- Strong communication skills and leads by example.
- Values honesty and integrity in working relationships; embraces change and flexibility to meet changing priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to follow direction and use own initiative; passionate about beauty.
