• Exceeds sales targets and delivers like-for-like growth, ATV, AUS and conversion with a focus on luxury skincare brands.
• Drives growth of luxury skincare brands through sales and ATV.
• Exceeds the company acquisition target for N.dulge.
• Follows all stock handling policies to ensure stock accuracy and minimise stock loss.

• Communicates clearly and concisely with the store team and confidently with external business partners and store visitors.

• Fully embraces the team effort and demonstrates the ‘We Are One Team’ value.
• Is open and supportive of other ideas and opinions, creating an inclusive, welcoming and approachable store environment.
• Maintains up-to-date product knowledge on luxury skincare and shares this knowledge by scheduling training sessions for all team members.
