A leading cruise line is seeking a Chief Butcher to oversee the Butcher Shop's operations on board. You will be responsible for meat preparation, staff supervision, and compliance with health regulations. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience as a butcher in high-end environments and possess strong management and communication skills. Must excel in a multicultural team setting and ensure high-quality service standards.
This is a contract position on a shipboard basis.
