We are seeking a Fragrance Consultant to join an iconic luxury maison rooted in history, craftsmanship, and storytelling. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a customer-facing retail environment and is passionate about creating immersive, memorable experiences through scent.

This is not a transactional sales role. It is about language, emotion, and ritual — bringing fragrance to life through conversation, curiosity, and personalized service.

As a Fragrance Consultant, you will act as a brand ambassador, guiding clients through a refined olfactory journey while delivering exceptional service standards. You will build meaningful client relationships by translating fragrance notes, heritage, and inspiration into stories that resonate and create long-term loyalty.

• Deliver a luxury, narrative-led fragrance experience, engaging clients through storytelling and sensory exploration
• Confidently approach and welcome customers, tailoring consultations to individual tastes, moods, and lifestyles
• Communicate brand heritage, history, and craftsmanship with elegance and authenticity
• Build loyal client relationships through warm, personalized service and follow-up
• Maintain immaculate presentation standards across products and space
• Support daily retail operations, including stock handling and replenishment
• Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets

• Previous retail experience is essential (luxury, beauty, fragrance, or fashion preferred)
• Passionate about fragrance, history, and craftsmanship, with a natural love for storytelling
• Able to romanticize product through language, evoking emotion and imagination
• Confident, articulate, and comfortable engaging a wide range of clientele
• Highly presentable, polished, and service-led
• Fully flexible to work across all shifts, including weekends and late trading
• Curious, attentive, and committed to delivering an elevated client experience
