Position: Freelance  Sales & Merchandising Associate

We are seeking an experienced, commercially driven
Sales Agent / Global Wholesale Manager
with a strong background in
technical menswear
to join the Saul Nash team. This role will lead the brand’s
global wholesale strategy
, focusing on international outreach, buyer relationships, and long-term market growth within luxury, contemporary, and performance-led retail environments.

The ideal candidate understands the intersection of
technical design, movement, and modern menswear
, and has proven experience building and managing wholesale partnerships across global markets.

Founded in 2018, Saul Nash is a London-based technical menswear brand rooted in movement, performance, and cultural expression. Drawing from Nash’s background in dance and his training at Central Saint Martins and the Royal College of Art, the brand bridges technical innovation and luxury menswear creating garments designed for motion, function, and modern life.

Key Responsibilities Global Wholesale Strategy (Technical Menswear)
  • Develop and execute a
    robust global wholesale strategy for technical menswear collections
  • Identify, target, and secure new international stockists aligned with the brand’s positioning
  • Grow and maintain existing wholesale accounts across key global territories
  • Analyse sell-through, market performance, and seasonal results to inform future strategy
  • Ensure consistent brand alignment across all wholesale partners
  • Lead proactive buyer outreach
    ahead of each seasonal go-to-market
  • Present collections to international buyers via showrooms, market weeks, and digital presentations
  • Strategise market entry for new regions and specialist technical menswear retailers
  • Prepare line sheets, sell-in tools, and market-specific presentations
  • Represent the brand at international fashion weeks, showrooms, and trade events
  • Assisting with Editing and Consulting on range plan
Buyer & Relationship Management
  • Build long-term, trusted relationships with global buyers and retail partners
  • Act as the main point of contact for wholesale accounts
  • Oversee communication across order placement, deliveries, and seasonal follow-ups
  • Develop a strong understanding of each partner’s customer and retail strategy
Brand Awareness & Market Intelligence
  • Build awareness of the Saul Nash brand among
    international technical menswear stockists
  • Clearly communicate the brand’s technical construction, performance qualities, and design philosophy
  • Track global technical menswear trends, competitor activity, and wholesale opportunities
  • Share commercial insights and market feedback with the creative and production teams
Qualifications & Experience
  • 3–7 years’ experience in wholesale sales or sales agency roles within
    technical menswear
  • Strong understanding of performance fabrics, garment construction, and technical innovation
  • Established international network of menswear buyers and stockists
  • Strong commercial and analytical skills
  • Confident presenter with excellent communication abilities
  • Highly organised, strategic, and self-motivated
  • Willingness to travel internationally
  • Strong interest in menswear, movement, and technical design
