RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide a polished, tailored luxury service to every client
Build strong, lasting relationships using CRM & clienteling
Drive sales through styling, storytelling, upselling and cross-selling
Consistently meet personal and store KPIs

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 1 year experience in premium or luxury retail
Commercially driven with excellent communication skills
Confident, polished and passionate about luxury fashion
Strong relationship-building ability and a proactive sales mindset
