As a Brand Consultant for Ralph Lauren in Womenswear, you’ll be the face of Harvey Nichols, offering expert advice, styling inspiration, and an exceptional client experience that reflects our unique take on modern luxury. You will:

• Inspire and advise clients through our carefully curated collections, sharing your deep knowledge of Womenswear, tailoring, trends and fashion trends.
• Build lasting client relationships, delivering a personalised and memorable experience at every touchpoint.
• Stay ahead of style trends, from classic tailoring to cutting-edge streetwear, ensuring you’re always one step ahead of what’s next in women’s fashion.
• Champion visual standards, ensuring your area of the floor always reflects the refined, fashion-forward aesthetic that Harvey Nichols is known for.
• Collaborate with stylists and personal shopping teams to deliver an elevated, cohesive client journey.
• Demonstrate flexibility and commitment to excellence — our clients expect exceptional service whenever they shop, including evenings and weekends.
