Working closely with clients, you’ll share product knowledge with confidence, deliver exceptional styling advice, and build lasting relationships through thoughtful clienteling. • Provide an engaging and personalised client experience that aligns with the brand’s values and aesthetic.
• Support daily store operations including styling, CRM, visual merchandising, and stock management.
• Build and maintain meaningful client relationships through exceptional service and follow-up.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive communication and cross-selling.
• Exhibit genuine enthusiasm for fashion, creativity, and self-expression in all customer interactions.
• Support the wider team with events, product launches, and in-store activations.

• Previous experience in premium or luxury retail, ideally within footwear, fashion/streetwear.
• A natural sense of style and appreciation for craftsmanship and contemporary design.
• Strong interpersonal skills with an approachable, confident, and team-oriented attitude.
• Driven by sales targets and motivated to grow within a global luxury brand.
