THE ROLEWe’re looking for a hands-on, entrepreneurial Bridal Boutique Coordinator to support the daily operations of our boutique, while also inspiring and leading the in-store team. This role goes beyond coordination - we’re seeking someone with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude, a natural problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic environment, and is motivated by growth, impact, and beautiful experiences.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is as comfortable managing fittings and showroom logistics as they are driving sales, motivating others, and being a brand ambassador.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Welcome and host brides and guests with warmth, presence, and professionalism
- Lead by example - supporting the team on the floor and stepping in wherever needed
- Manage and coordinate daily boutique operations, appointments, and follow-ups
- Ensure every bride receives a seamless, personalised, and joy-filled experience
- Maintain visual and operational excellence across the showroom and gown presentation
- Oversee client records, appointment schedules, inventory coordination, and communication
- Manage team rhythms - including task flow, boutique upkeep, and positive morale
- Report on boutique performance and partner with leadership on sales-driving initiatives
- Actively contribute ideas and solutions for a high-performing boutique environment
- A natural leader with a warm, grounded presence - willing to be involved, not just observe
- Strong background in luxury fashion, bridal, or hospitality preferred
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask under pressure
- A people person with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Proactive, entrepreneurial, and committed to personal and team growth
- Passionate about bridal fashion, meaningful customer experiences, and purpose-driven work
- Available to work weekends, late nights and peak bridal seasons
