Position: Full-time/ Part-time

Starting £12.21 per hour

Location: Brunswick store - London WC1N 1AE

You’ll be working closely with our customers in a young and dynamic environment. Giving them fantastic customer care and making them feel good, and we think that’s a great opportunity. It’s everything from helping them find the perfect product, working deliveries and stocking the shelves, to getting behind our in-store promotion.

Provide a great shopping environment for our customers ensuring our stores are clean, tidy and presentable and provide a store we can be proud of. Make our customers feel good - it’s more than just answering their questions, it’s about giving our customers a really great experience. Even if it’s just offering them a basket when you notice their hands are full.

Get to know our in-store promotions and schemes and promote them - the more info we can give our customers the better.

We’re looking for great people, with a friendly personality. It’s all about working together as one great team – after all it’s our people that are at the heart of our business.

It would be great if you had experience of dealing with customers and have knowledge about Korean beauty.

The candidates will have an opportunity to work as a part of a young and dynamic team where they can learn and improve their teamwork and communication skills every day.

They will receive training in customer services during the first month, and review for further training is done every following month. The training is supported by the store manager at our store, Glam Touch K-Beauty Shop, 59B Greek street, London, W1D 3DZ
