We have an exciting opportunity for a knowledgeable and motivated Retail Branch Manager to lead the team at our busy branch in Hillingdon.

Our Hillingdon Branch, located at 12 Marlborough Parade, offers a spectacular product range including a showroom with a comprehensive range of designer paints and wall coverings. Brewers is renowned for providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service.

Store opening hours:
Monday to Friday 7:00am – 5:00pm and Saturday 8:00am – 5:00pm.

Managing a team of 3 you will play a vital part in helping us serve customers and keep the branch running smoothly.

Responsibilities
  • Be able to demonstrate management or supervisory experience in a similar or relevant role
  • Have experience of developing a team
  • Have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business
  • Be enthusiastic and proactive about selling and able to inspire staff to achieve high levels of customer service
  • Understand our focus on customer service and Brewers values
  • Represent the Company positively to a wide range of customers
  • Work on your own initiative
  • Knowledge of the local area would be beneficial
Who We Are Looking For To Join Our Team
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and drive excellence
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills to understand and translate customer requirements into product recommendations
  • Previous experience in the Decorative Industry is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be given to the right candidate
  • Approachable, open and friendly personality — happy to help both customers and colleagues
  • Enjoys working as part of a team but can be relied upon to work independently
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business
  • Keen to learn, develop skills, and progress within the industry
  • Willing to attend training to become a Fire Safety professional (or equivalent if applicable)
