Today, with our new store in Marylebone, we are bringing this unique tradition to the streets of London.

As a Client Advisor, you will be the face of Atelier Rebul and play a key role in providing an exceptional customer experience. You will guide each customer through a sensorial journey, share the story behind our products, and create lasting emotional connections with our brand.

• Greet and welcome customers warmly, ensuring a premium customer journey.
• Understand customer needs and provide personalised product recommendations.
• Take part in daily store operations such as opening/closing, till management and stock handling.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the boutique is always well‑presented.
• Support in product replenishment, promotions and events.
• Work as part of a team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.

You will have:

• Previous retail experience, preferably in cosmetics, beauty or luxury industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Sales‑oriented and passionate about providing excellent customer service.
• Strong team player with a proactive attitude.
• Passion for storytelling, fragrance, and wellness.
• Additional languages are a plus.
• Legally eligible to work in the UK.
