- Assist visitors with gift selection and purchasing decisions.

- Have previous experience in a busy retail environment.
- Are excellent communicators, able to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds.

The full-time equivalent is 35 hours per week. This role has a minimum hours of 14 hours per month, with working days scheduled across seven days per week.
Annual Holiday EntitlementThe full-time holiday entitlement is 33 days per annum, inclusive of recognised public holidays.
TrainingComprehensive on-site training will be provided in all aspects of the role. Any additional training needs will be identified during the probation period and through annual appraisals.
Pension Scheme and Life AssuranceAll employees may join the Group Personal Pension Plan, with a minimum employee contribution of 3% and a maximum employer contribution of 9%, depending on the employees contribution level. Eligible employees will be automatically enrolled in the workplace pension scheme after three months service. All employees are also covered by death-in-service life assurance, regardless of whether they choose to join the pension scheme.
