Retail Sales Assistant

Overview

Our store teams are the warm arm of reassurance, the friendly face to offer incredible product insight, product knowledge and trust. We provide‑store personal shopping experiences, car seat consultations, parent‑to‑be events and help customers along their unique parenting journey. Our team ensures buying that first pram, cot, baby‑changing table or birthday outfit is a magical moment to cherish.

Our sales consultant / sales assistant teams are the ambassadors of these magical moments and the heart of our business. We are expanding our family and looking for amazing sales assistants based at our White City store.

Vacancy: 8 hours per week, covering Saturdays, Sundays or both. Please let us know which shift patterns work best for you.

• Assist customers with product information, personal shopping, and in‑store consultations.
• Support parent‑to‑be events and help customers find items for their baby’s needs.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere to make every visit memorable.

• Retail assistant, sales assistant or customer service background.
• Strong customer‑service skills and a passion for giving customers magical moments.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work flexible hours.
