Job SummaryThe main function of this role is to carry out facial workouts and drive exceptional customer service, sales and client retention within our Studios. The role is responsible for promoting FACEGYM services and retail offerings while offering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Duties And Responsibilities- To deliver all workouts in line with all Face Gym Workout protocols
- Responsible for selling the brand’s unique offerings, workouts and homecare products within the Studio and when promoting the brand front of house
- Proactively be aware of the power of body language, rapport building, mirroring and matching behaviours with every customer, adapting selling and customer service skills to different customer profiles and offering 5-star service to everyone
- Have the confidence to overcome selling challenges and create retail theatre to attract and entice customers, incorporating the client journey and brand story while engaging with customers
- Maintain an exceptional customer experience at every touch point of the customer journey
- Responsible for meeting retail and service individual targets and KPI’s (key performance indicators)
- Ensure work stations are clean, presentable and well stocked with the necessary products and tools/equipment required to carry out the full range of workouts and necessary tasks
- Have a strong focus on maximizing retail potential and client retention
- Operate efficiently point of sale systems, card machines and tills
- Build and constantly update knowledge on skincare, products and workouts
- Communicate effectively and professionally with all the team, Studio Manager and Face Gym management
- Use learning from each site to further develop your client’s experience in store
- Build on and constantly update your own knowledge on skincare, products and treatments
- Ensure all Health & Safety guidelines are adhered to in relation to the sterilization and storage of all equipment
- Ensure a high standard of personal hygiene is maintained; grooming guidelines followed, and emphasis is placed on cleanliness in close contact with clients
- Lead by example at all times, ensuring that you portray a professional image and conduct yourself in a manner that represents the brand at a high standard
- Establish an effective working relationship with the full team and management
- Be skillful on Zenoti booking system
- Excel in a customer self‑serviced studio setting, taking full ownership of the client journey from first greeting and consultation through treatment, after‑care, and successful checkout.
- NVQ 3 Beauty therapy qualification or equivalent
- Hands‑on experience with customers
- Previous experience of working within beauty, retail and spa
- Enjoys exploring opportunities and using own initiative
- Exceptional customer service skills
- A team player with inspirational social skills
- Articulate and a confident communicator
- Have the ability to stay calm and positive during busy days
- Have the ability to stand during a 6‑8‑hour shift
