Four Seasons Recruitment are supporting a well-established luxury watch retailer, who is seeking an ECommerce and Photography Assistant to join their London team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone inquisitive, eager to learn, and passionate about watches.

The role provides comprehensive training across client sales, online operations, and photography, offering a well-rounded foundation for a career in luxury retail.

• Welcome clients in-store and assist with appointments
• Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
• Support the sales process from enquiry through to delivery and aftercare
• Develop detailed product knowledge across leading watch brands
• Deliver exceptional customer service with meticulous attention to detail

• Upload and maintain product listings on the company website
• Edit and manage product images for online use
• Ensure all listings are accurate, up-to-date, and visually appealing
• Support fulfilment, packaging, and shipping of online orders
• Contribute to social media and marketing content

• Photograph watches for online listings and marketing campaigns
• Learn styling, lighting, and editing techniques to professional standards
• Organise and manage digital image files
• Support the wider team with visual presentation and merchandising

• Assist with order processing and stock management
• Monitor company inboxes and manage client communications
• Learn internal systems and provide general administrative support

• 6–12 months’ experience in retail, e-commerce, or photography
• Curious, motivated, and eager to learn across multiple departments
• Passionate about watches and luxury retail
• Confident communicator with excellent attention to detail
• Reliable, organised, and proactive
