Stock Keeper | MAX

We are looking for a Stock Keeper for our new Max&Co. Flagship Store in London
!

The Stock Keeper ensures that all warehouse operations are carried out efficiently, accurately, and in line with company procedures, supporting store activities and contributing to the achievement of business results.

The ideal candidate is dynamic, proactive, and organized, with previous experience in a similar role and a strong attention to detail. This position plays a key role in ensuring product flow, stock accuracy, and an excellent level of service to both internal teams and clients.

• Ensuring order, cleanliness, and proper maintenance of the stockroom and stored products.
• Guaranteeing timely and correct execution of warehouse operations in line with company standards.
• Supporting the sales team by ensuring that all product‑related service activities are carried out efficiently.
• Monitoring stock levels and contributing to the correct handling, replenishment, and organization of merchandise.
• Training and supporting one or more department backups to ensure proper role coverage.
• Collaborating with the store team to facilitate smooth store operations during peak periods, events, and product launches.

• Previous experience in a similar stockroom or warehouse role (minimum 1 year).
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain a clean, orderly, and efficient stockroom environment.
• Proactivity, energy, and a hands‑on approach.
• Ability to work collaboratively and support the sales team.
• Flexibility and availability to work weekends, holidays, and shift patterns.
