Your Role:
As the Plant Area Manager, you'll lead a team of 10 and be responsible for the day-to-day running of the outdoor plant area.

You'll maintain exceptional standards of plant care, stock management, and visual presentation while driving commercial performance and delivering great customer service.

What We're Looking For:
