** As a Sales Associate, you will:
* Provide exceptional customer service by developing a detailed knowledge of the product.
* Develop detailed knowledge of the product in order to provide exceptional customer service.
* Build, develop, and maintain your own client database and demonstrate the luxury lifestyle in everything you do.
* Resolve customer complaints promptly.
* Replenish stock and support the team in stock takes.
* Participate in and present Jimmy Choo during promotional events and other activities.
* Have the opportunity to contribute ideas and suggestions that will support the Store’s performance.##
