Stock Controller Wrtw – Harrods

For the new Tom Ford Women’s RTW opening at Harrods, we are seeking a Stock Controller to support the launch and daily operations of the store.

The role is essential in ensuring excellence in stock management, accuracy of inventory, and compliance with luxury brand standards. The Stock Controller will guarantee optimal product availability while maintaining the highest levels of organization, precision, and care required in a luxury retail environment.

• Monitor and manage stock levels, ensuring accurate and up-to-date inventory records for all Women’s RTW and Accessories products
• Perform regular stock audits, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliations, especially during the opening phase
• Identify and resolve stock discrepancies in collaboration with store management
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient stockroom in line with Harrods and Brand standards
• Track and report all stock movements, including deliveries, transfers, returns, and adjustments
• Ensure timely and accurate replenishment of merchandise on the sales floor to support sales performance
• Work closely with the sales team to guarantee availability of key and fast-selling items
• Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to ensure stock is displayed according to Brand and Harrods guidelines

• Manage the receiving, checking, and processing of incoming merchandise for the new store opening and ongoing operations
• Perform quality control checks to ensure all products meet Brand standards
• Ensure correct documentation for deliveries, returns, and transfers
• Coordinate dispatches to other locations or clients, ensuring accuracy, care, and compliance with procedures

• Apply and strictly follow company and Harrods procedures related to stock control and loss prevention
• Support shrinkage prevention initiatives and promptly report any anomalies
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, security regulations, health & safety standards, and HR guidelines

• Previous experience in a Stock Controller or Stockroom role within Luxury Retail
  , preferably in Women’s RTW and Accessories
• Experience in department store environments, ideally Harrods
  , is considered a strong plus
• Strong attention to detail, precision, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage stock operations in a fast-paced new opening environment
• Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and teamwork
• Good communication skills and collaborative attitude
• Familiarity with inventory management systems
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Flexibility and availability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
