• Leading by example : train, motivate, and support your team.
• Keeping the store safe, secure, and welcoming for staff and customers.
• Organising staff rotas, holidays, and stepping in when needed.
• Handling stock like a pro deliveries, recalls, inventories, and displays.
• Managing tills, cash handling, and paperwork with confidence.
• Creating eye‑catching promotions and point‑of‑sale displays.
• Delivering top‑notch customer service every single day.
• Driving sales and smashing targets.
• Acting as a key holder alarms, callouts, and security checks.
• Covering other stores when needed and keeping an eye on competitors.

• Great organisational skills and a professional attitude.
• Effective communication and people skills.
• Flexibility with hours and days retail never sleeps!
• Previous retail management or customer service experience.
• Basic computer skills (Windows, email).
• Leadership, motivation, and a cheerful outlook.
• Good physical fitness and willingness to relocate if needed
• First Aid / Health & Safety qualifications are a bonus.
