Role Overview

We work closely with the Buying and Design teams to plan and trade each season, delivering and exceeding sales and profit targets. As a key member of the merchandising function, you will provide essential administrative support, build strong relationships with the brand, and help drive our vision forward.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Merchandiser in reviewing and updating sales and stock forecasts.
  • Assist the Merchandiser in preparing information for range reviews.
  • Complete sizing ratios on orders under the guidance of the Merchandiser, ensuring correct ratios are purchased to optimise sales and make relevant suggestions.
  • Monitor store/DC stocks by line each week and report exceptions.
  • Liaise regularly with Regional teams to identify stock replenishment opportunities and challenges, reviewing weekly reports to highlight performers and availability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the Production department, tracking delivery schedules and communicating any issues to ensure accurate weekly intake forecasts.
  • Provide key administrative support to the merchandising team, handling data manipulation and report generation in a timely manner.

Location
