Style Advisor (Full & Part Time Positions)

We’re looking for full time or part time Style Advisors to join our retail team based at our flagship store on Oxford Street, London.

Reporting to store managers, you’ll stay on top of the latest trends and drive a “first‑class” experience as our brand ambassador. Our clients are your primary focus.

You’ll inspire confidence, actively listen to clients’ needs, and provide considered product and styling options.

The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with a personal approach, a strong sense of personal style,alers, and must be enthusiastic about luxury fashion.

• Act as the face of the store, greeting, assisting and selling professionally and consultatively, championing high‑quality premium products.
• Serve as a positive brand ambassador through behaviour and personal presentation, adhering to dress‑code guidelines.
• Create an engaging, emotional client experience with first‑class service and hospitality guidelines.
• Execute visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines.
• Use advanced knowledge of ready‑to‑wear styling and wardrobe mastery to build baskets, meet AOV targets, upsell or cross‑sell with appropriate sales techniques.
• Continuously develop personal knowledge of each collection piece: fit, fabric, function, trims, and trends.
• Develop a local and international client base, constantly recruit and grow your client network.
• Honor store standards by treating the store as a showroom and respecting product.
• Build strong relationships with head‑office teams to encourage fluid communication.
• Adhere to health and safety and anti‑loss policy Styled, and prevention measures.

• 2–3 years of experience in fashion, art, or hospitality with a proven track record delivering world‑class client experiences.
• Fashion expert with advanced industry knowledge.
• Natural presence and hosting ability with an inspirational and charismatic character.
• Strong work ethic, personal drive, and attention to detail.
