Mary Wyatt is a growing brand with roots deeply set in lifestyle-led fashion and alternative culture. We are looking for a highly organised, trustworthy and reliable person to join our small team to assist with e-commerce order fulfilment and stock organisation in Finsbury Park, London.

Key ResponsibilitiesOrder Fulfilment:
- Pick and pack customer and influencer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare parcels for collection by our delivery partners Royal Mail and Fed Ex
- Assist with processing customer returns and exchanges
- Assist with picking and packing wholesale orders and preparing them for dispatch
- Unpack and check incoming deliveries against the packing list, flagging any discrepancies to a manager
- Organise and shelve checked stock in the warehouse
- Re‑process and re‑shelve returned stock
- Assist with accurate stocktakes
- Help with preparing stock for events
- The right person will have the oppurtunity to assist at events
- Support with general warehouse organisation and ensuring workspace is tidy at all times
- Some relevant experience in a similar role/environment
- Comfortable handling heavy stock deliveries and moving large boxes weighing approximately 5–25kg
- Strong attention to detail and impeccable organisational skills
- A proactive, hands‑on attitude and willingness to get stuck into a task
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a small team
- Numerically competent as this role includes counting stock precisely
- Strong attention to detail and meticulously accurate
- Able to work efficiently without compromising accuracy
- Trustworthy, reliable, and punctual
- Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently
- Capable of managing own time efficiently
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate well within a small team
- Proactive and calm, with a strong sense of initiative
- Some flexibility with schedule, hours can be flexible between full and part time (Mon‑Fri 10‑6pm) depending on your schedule/the needs of the business
- Experience using a stock barcoding system is desirable, however training will be provided
- Experience with online customer service emails
