Job Title: Store Supervisor

Reports to: Store Manager

Location: Battersea Power Station

Contract: Permanent 40 hours per week, Fully Flexible (Including Weekends and Bank Holidays)

Salary: £31200 (£15 per hour)

Thru Dark is recruiting for a Store Supervisor to support the launch and operation of our new store at Battersea Power Station
. This is a customer-facing role suited to a confident, driven individual with strong interpersonal and leadership skills. As Store Supervisor, you will play a key role in the daily running of the store—leading by example on the shop floor, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining operational standards, and supporting your team to deliver a best-in-class retail experience. • Lead by example, delivering excellent customer service and a positive in-store experience.
• Motivate and guide the team to achieve sales and performance targets.
• Support daily store operations, including opening and closing duties, cash handling and stock management.
• Assist with product presentation and visual merchandising to maintain brand standards.
• Manage and resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently.
• Work collaboratively with the Store Manager on commercial decisions and operational improvements.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming sales environment.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and enthusiasm for the brand.

• Proven experience in a supervisory or senior sales role within premium or performance retail.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
• Commercial awareness and a proactive attitude.

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

Confidence using POS systems and basic MS Office.

• Experience working with premium or technical apparel (outdoor, tactical, performance, or lifestyle brands).
• Experience handling VIP or high-value customers.
• Personal interest in outdoor pursuits, fitness, adventure.
