Location: Battersea Power Station

Contract: Temporary to Permanent 8 hours per week

Salary: £13.85 per hour

Thru Dark is recruiting for a sales assistant to support the successful operation of our Battersea Power Station pop‑up store. As a Retail Sales Assistant at Thru Dark’s Battersea Power Station pop‑up, you’ll play an important part in delivering a premium in‑store experience. Working closely with the management team, you’ll help drive daily performance, support your teammates, and ensure every customer leaves with a strong impression of the brand.

You’ll embody Thru Dark’s core values of Humility, Unity and Integrity by delivering confident, hands‑on service and maintaining a professional, approachable presence on the shop floor.

• Lead by example by providing outstanding customer service and maintaining a positive attitude.

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with management to restock merchandise as needed.
• Maintain store appearance and cleanliness to company standards.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times and legal requirements in all areas of the store.
• Possess extensive knowledge of POS systems and follow processes used when placing transactions through the POS.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
