Hours: Part-time (24 hours)

Salary: £17,709 rising to £18,157 per annum, plus bonus.

You’ll be an essential part of our flagship London showroom. You’ll bring the showroom to life with expert styling, customer engagement, and a passion for colour and design that’s positively contagious. You’ll also support the Showroom Manager and step up to lead the team and operations when needed.

• Collaborating with the Showroom Manager to run daily operations and elevate the customer experience.
• Curating bespoke design solutions, mood boards, and one‑to‑one consultations.
• Leading by example on the shop floor coaching, mentoring, and motivating the team.
• Managing appointment bookings for design and colour consultations.
• Ensuring our brand is represented to perfection through displays and styling.
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and the development of new team members.
• Taking ownership in the manager’s absence, making confident and commercial decisions.
• Hosting community and in‑store events that bring the design journey to life.

• A natural leader with previous premium retail experience, ideally in a supervisory capacity.
• A desire to sell our beautiful products and create loving homes.
• An interior design qualification.
• Visual merchandising pro with strong creative judgment.
• Confident advising customers on style, colour, and finishing touches.
• A brilliant communicator who builds rapport easily.
• Cool under pressure, organised, and energised by a fast‑paced, design‑led environment.

Our showroom will trade 7 days per week, and we need you to be flexible across all trading hours.
