Global Brand Flagship, London. You’ll be joining our Global Brand Flagship Store on Oxford Street, London – one of the most iconic shopping streets in the world.

The difference you will make:
As Flagship Senior Visual Merchandising Manager
, you’ll be responsible for driving our brand strategy & winning consumers at the point of purchase with premium visual excellence.

• You’ll take ownership of managing an extremely high-performing team of Visual Merchandisers to deliver an amazing consumer journey through VM and Styling, all with the aim of bringing our Brand to life.
• You’ll also lead the Visual Merchandising team to deliver the business strategic plan and contribute to our commercial targets.
• You’ll collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure we’re adopting the correct use, implementation & presentation of product packages, store fittings, in-store communication material, campaigns and VM tools.
• You’ll influence and negotiate with all key business partners for all VM subjects, considering key product launches to provide a leading brand experience for all customers.
• You’ll develop best practice, standards and operational plans to support the implementation of Visual Merchandising standards and guidelines.

• A strong passion for our brand and products is essential.
• Retail includes working nights and away on projects, we’d rather you know this & consider this at the very start of your process with us. You may need to travel – so the ability & desire to do this is important.
• We need a true people leader, who can inspire, motivate and set clear goals for our VM team, if you’re not passionate about people, this might not be the role for you.
• There’ll also be support for planning & coordinating VM activities outside of the Flagship such as showroom resets, events, store openings and store remodels so agility is essential.
