• Represent partner brands professionally within retail locations.
• Engage with customers face to face to promote products and offers.
• Deliver clear and accurate product information.
• Create a positive in‑store customer experience.
• Build rapport with customers and respond to enquiries confidently.
• Support in‑store promotional activities and campaigns.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily targets.

• Confident communicating with customers in person.
• Friendly, approachable and professional manner.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Willingness to learn and take feedback on board.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential.
