ECOM Operations Supervisor, Full-Time - Battersea

Reformation is a globally expanding sustainable fashion brand. This role is based in Battersea, London and reports directly to the Store Manager. The successful candidate will lead e‑commerce operations, ensuring high standards of customer service, accurate inventory management, and effective cross‑functional collaboration.

• Oversee and ensure timely completion of daily online retail returns operations.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to apply and update policies, procedures, and tools.
• Implement, maintain, and continuously improve tools and metrics that support store best practices.
• Execute and document business processes, maintaining clear procedures for all team members.
• Engage with partners to evaluate feedback, insights, and E‑commerce‑specific needs, feeding these into broader process improvements.
• Coordinate with customer service to resolve escalated issues and order discrepancies.
• Perform inventory‑related tasks with a high degree of attention to detail, including omni‑channel order processing.
• Coach, support, and hold the E‑commerce team accountable to operational standards and excellent customer service.
• Liaise with U.S. retail operations to reconcile stock discrepancies and ensure stock accuracy through regular communication.
• Promote a positive, professional work environment aligned with Reformation’s core values, encouraging team engagement and development.

• At least 1 year of experience in a fast‑paced, service‑oriented environment.
• Comfortable with desktop, mobile, tablet, and digital technologies.
• Previous experience in sales, retail, or an operationally intensive business.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse personalities.
• Self‑motivated strategic problem‑solver who thrives in ambiguous, fast‑changing settings.
• Dependable and solution‑oriented, able to take on new challenges proactively.

Hourly rate: £15.00‑£17.00 per hour, with potential discretionary bonuses based on company performance and individual contributions.
