Junior Wholesale Merchandiser

A dynamic and growing fashion supplier is looking to appoint a Junior Wholesale Merchandiser to support the end-to-end delivery process for major high street accounts. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented and commercially aware, ready to take ownership of orders, maintain critical path timelines, and build strong relationships across buying and production teams.

Working closely with sourcing, logistics, and customer teams, you'll ensure the smooth and timely delivery of forward orders and in-season trading. The role offers excellent exposure to the full wholesale cycle, from order placement to product handover.

• Managing customer orders: setting up order sheets, reconciling POs, and communicating updates
• Tracking production and issuing weekly critical paths; flagging and resolving delays
• Liaising with sourcing and logistics teams to ensure labelling, packaging, and handovers are accurate
• Creating reports and preparing information for customer meetings and range reviews
• Forecasting warehouse volumes and managing bookings in line with order volumes
• Supporting order book reconciliation and resolving discrepancies between systems
• Preparing ATS reports and sharing monthly shipping reviews with customers

• Previous experience in a wholesale, merchandising or production support role
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Strong Excel skills; SAP experience a plus but not essential
• Excellent communicator confident liaising across teams and with retail buyers
• Proactive, flexible and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
