Position: Retail Operations Associate ( Stockroom ) – NEW STORE OPENING

Reporting to the Store Manager, your main focus is to provide support to maximize company sales and profitability by maintaining stockroom organization and managing inventory through shipment processing, sales floor replenishment, eCommerce order fulfillment, markdowns and merchandising. You are an integral part of the success of your store, contributing to optimizing inventory management, increasing sales and customer satisfaction while maintaining brand and visual presentation standards.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a stockroom associate or in inventory management, preferably in retail.
• Passion for fashion & customer-oriented.
• Passion for organization and detail.
• Demonstrates a customer-first mindset.
• Hands‑on teammate, proactive approach to all tasks.
• Knowledge of mobile device skills and computer skills is an asset.
• Available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays as per business needs.
